These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of spencersmock.com and your communications with Spencer Smock, a REALTOR® with Whissel Beer Group (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By using this website or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. The services
This website provides information about real estate services I offer in San Diego County, along with tools and links (such as home search and home-valuation tools) hosted by Whissel Beer Group and third parties. Information here is for general purposes and is not a guarantee, appraisal, offer, or professional, legal, tax, or financial advice.
2. Use of this website
- You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to it.
- Links to third-party sites and tools are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit.
3. SMS / text messaging program
Opt-in & consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Spencer Smock. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Program description. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, account and service notifications, follow-ups, and replies to your requests.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with me.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email spencer@spencersmock.com.
Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent — is shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, and trademarks on this site (including Whissel Beer Group marks, used with permission) are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
5. No warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Real estate data may change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, the SMS program, or any linked tools.
7. Real estate disclosure
