This Privacy Policy explains how Spencer Smock, a REALTOR® with Whissel Beer Group (“I,” “me,” or “my”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit spencersmock.com or communicate with me — including by text message (SMS/MMS).

- Communications — the content of messages, emails, and calls you exchange with me.
- Property and transaction details — information relevant to helping you buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
- Usage data — basic, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use this website, collected through standard web technologies.
2. How I use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request.
- To send transactional and informational messages you have asked to receive, including appointment reminders, updates, and follow-ups.

3. SMS / Text messaging terms
Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Spencer Smock. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message types. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, account and service notifications, follow-ups, and replies to your requests.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with me.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, I will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email spencer@spencersmock.com.
No third-party sharing of mobile data. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in or consent — will be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
4. How I share information
I do not sell your personal information. I may share information only:
- With trusted service providers who help operate my business (such as email, scheduling, and customer-communication tools), bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the information only to provide services to me;
- With my brokerage, Whissel Beer Group, and parties necessary to complete a real estate transaction you have engaged me for (for example, your lender, escrow, or title company), at your direction;
- When required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing and are never provided to third parties.

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information (I do not sell personal information).
